How it works

Sign in three steps

  1. Choose your PDF

The document you want to sign.

  2. Make your signature

Draw with mouse, finger or pen, or type your name in a handwriting font.

  3. Place it on the page

Drag and resize it on the preview, or use the arrow keys. Then download the signed PDF.

Good to know

  1. Is this an official electronic signature?

No. Plooi puts an image of your signature on the page, like a scanned signature. That is not a qualified electronic signature and not a signature with your eID. If it needs to be official, use your eID or the service the sender asks for.

  2. Is my signature stored anywhere?

No. It only exists in your browser while the page is open, and in the PDF you download.

  3. Can I sign without a mouse?

Yes: type your name and choose a handwriting style. Use the arrow keys to move the signature into place, and plus and minus to make it bigger or smaller.
